一、退货政策说明

1. 可退货产品：

• 未拆封、未使用，包装完好的产品；

• 收到产品7天内申请退货。

2. 不可退货情况：

• 安装类服务一经完成，恕不退款；

• 产品已使用或非原包装；

• 特价促销产品（除非质量问题）；

• 定制产品无法退货。

3. 退货流程：

2. 提供订单号、产品照片以及退货原因；

3. 审核通过后，将提供退货地址；

4. 买家需自行承担退货运费（若为质量问题则由我们承担）；

5. 收到退货并检查无误后，我们将在7个工作日内安排退款。

• 若产品因运输问题损坏，请在收到货物48小时内联系我们；

• 服务类项目如有问题，请在服务完成后72小时内反馈。

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Services (such as camera installation) are non-refundable once completed.

2. Non-returnable Items:

• Used or damaged products not in original packaging;

• Custom-made or clearance items (unless defective);

• Completed service jobs (unless agreed otherwise).

3. Return Process:

2. Provide your order number, product photos, and reason for return;

3. Once approved, you will receive the return address;

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective;

5. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after return inspection.
